WHATEVER IT TAKES
Digraph remains a traditional family firm, with Peter Rawson as Chairman, James Rawson as Group Managing Director, and Andrew Ludlow as non-exec making up our Board.
It all started in 1976 with Peter running the business out of his (pride and joy) Volvo and a portacabin in West Hallam, a small village based in Derbyshire. Peter’s hard work, determination and vision built the foundations which has helped the company grow to what it is today – an impressive 185 employees and a turnover in excess of £25m.
James used to come to work as a young lad with his Dad and soon found that he shared Peter’s passion for the business. James has worked in every job possible in Digraph – driving, stores, sales, you name it and in 2003 he was appointed as Group Managing Director. James is a true entrepreneur, with great charisma and a vision which has enabled the company to enjoy rapid growth and success as well as sustainable profitability.
James was responsible for the introduction of Andrew to our business back in 2012. Andrew has held a variety of senior board positions in the gaming industry! His lack of knowledge in the commercial motor factor sector bringing a fresh (and sometimes challenging!) perspective to Digraph.
